Shinrin Yoku

Shinrin Yoku is the Japanese practice of being mindful in nature. Translated directly as ‘forest bathing’, Shinrin Yoku is scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, cholesterol levels, cortisol levels (the stress hormone in the brain), and heart rate as well as increase focus, inspiration, and NK cells (the cancer-fighting cells in your body).

Come walk under the canopy as we rewild our senses with the medicine of the forest. Looking to reconnect to nature, your power, your truth, and your purpose? Or maybe, just a space to relax and breathe? Join me as we wander through the trees encouraging healing, self-empowerment, interconnection, compassion, respect, and growth for the wellbeing of our Earth and each other. Each Shinrin Yoku session includes tailored snacks, eco-friendly gifts, a wild foraged tea ceremony, and a magical, unique experience you'll want to remember and share with others.

Group Council

Council is an ancient and Indigenous-based practice that brings people together in a ceremonial manner to bear witness and share authenticity. In this way, groups can offer stories and perspectives from the heart and without judgment while others listen intently. By doing so, groups overcome differences, heal traumas, celebrate success, reconnect to each other, and much more. Despite uniqueness, participants realize we all have much in common. Council creates a sacred space to create and maintain a community that encourages authentic expression, active listening, and interconnectedness.

Are you looking to reconnect with family, overcome group differences, host group meetings in a beautiful and ceremonial way, or bond with friends? Council sessions are now available. Council is best utilized for a group of 15 or less. It is recommended to book at least 3 sessions for the group to build trust, community, and receive benefits.

Plant Baths

Plant Baths are a unique interspecies, sound healing experience that melds the live music created from plants AND the instrumental frequencies of human sound (crystal bowls, chanting, drumming, tuning forks, and more). Created by your Indigenous guide and EcoPsychologist, Karissa Steele, a Plant Bath is the first of its kind to therapeutically rewild and heal our relationship with Mother Nature.

Each session is tailored to your needs as we invite specific plant species to speak using PlantWave technology! We will conversate in musical and non-verbal language to learn more about the messages and medicine of nature. The session can be experienced individually in a private setting or with a group.
