Karissa Ihilani Steele, MA
Karissa Steele has her Master's Degree in Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Ecopsychology, Liberation Psychology, Community Psychology, and Indigenous Psychologies from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She was published for her work regarding Mauna Kea in Hawai’i. She is a TMT certified Shinrin Yoku guide, an Intuitive Healer and CEO of Rewilding Wellness LLC. She is trained in sound healing techniques and was the first and only to create Plant Baths, an interspecies sound immersion orchastrating music created from plants, humans and instruments. She has a passion for all holistic, decolonial, and emergent ways towards healing and wellness. She specializes in nature-centered healing for women who have experienced trauma, families or individuals experiencing loss, group mediation using Indigenous-based council, and people looking to find their life purpose.
Karissa's Native Hawaiian and Swedish culture, extensive knowledge of her field, competency in outdoor environments, and empathetic abilities help tailor unique and magical experiences that others can connect to nature in a physical, emotional, and spiritual way to promote health and wellbeing.
